AboutPuppy Yoga is our best-selling wellness experience in New York, combining mindful movement with puppy snuggles. Each class begins with beginner-friendly yoga and ends with social time as a litter of the cutest puppies roams the studio.

Know Before You GoWe allow guests to arrive 10 minutes before the class begins. No entry will be permitted after 10 minutes from the class start time. All guests must arrive with a valid ID or a picture of their ID showing their date of birth (Passport, Insurance Card, School ID, or Drivers Licence). Age requirement 16+ (ages 14+ can attend while supervised by an attendee aged 16+). Starting March 11, 2026: minimum age 10 years old; ages 10-17 must be accompanied by supervising adult; maximum 3 minors per supervising attendee. Wellness Puppy Yoga (75 minutes), Simply Puppy Yoga (50 minutes)
