Use an email at the same domain as your website for a six-digit code and instant approval. Other claims are reviewed by the Moodap team.

Once approved, Moodap emails your dashboard link so you can keep the profile accurate.

No. There is no payment step in the owner claim flow. Advertising is a separate, optional product with its own inquiry, and its availability and terms are confirmed directly.
02How is ownership verified?
If your email uses the same domain as the website on your Moodap profile, Moodap emails you a six-digit code and approves the claim as soon as you enter it. Otherwise the Moodap team reviews the claim and replies by email.
03My business is not on Moodap. Can I add it?
Yes. The add-a-business form takes six short steps: basic details, location, venue details, contact and hours, insider info, and your contact details for verification.
04Does claiming my profile change my ranking?
No. Organic Find Your Vibe™ results reflect how well a place fits the answers. Accurate profile details may inform discovery where supported, but claiming or completing a profile does not guarantee a match, a result position, or customer visits.
05How quickly do my edits appear?
Public venue pages refresh on a schedule, so a change you save can take up to a week to appear everywhere on Moodap.
06I lost my dashboard link. What now?
Use Business access with the email address from your claim and Moodap will send the link again.
