AboutTwin Towers Wrestling Club is an adult wrestling club based out of John Jay College in Manhattan (899 10th Avenue, New York, NY 10019). With wrestlers that range from beginners to seasoned veterans ages 18-70, our club dates back over 175 years to our original founding as the YMCA Wrestling Club.
Know Before You GoYou must have a current USA Wrestling Membership card, otherwise you cannot get on the mat. Our practices run two hours and are an open-mat format where wrestlers train or learn at their own pace. We primarily practice folk style (collegiate) wrestling but freestyle and Greco-Roman competitors are welcome. New members are encouraged to approach veterans for one-on-one coaching. Rates for the Winter/Spring 2026 season are $200 for all practices or $25 per individual practice. Anyone paying the day fee must do so 24 hours before you step on the mat.
