AboutSoHo Pilates offers Classical Pilates in a Contemporary setting. At SoHo Pilates we prioritize form and individualized workouts over one-size-fits-all classes, which is why we offer a variety of class types ranging from "Advanced Classical Reformer" to "Pre/Post Natal Mat Classes."
Know Before You GoPrivate sessions must be booked through email. Drop-in classes are also available to purchase in person. At SoHo Pilates we have a forgiving 12 hour late cancel policy. If you cancel a class less than 12 hours before the start time, you will not be reimbursed for your class. Grippy socks are not required; feel free to wear grippy socks or go barefoot.
