AboutBrothers Alon and Jacob Cohen have named their restaurant after their mother. Their children and all of their cousins call her Mémé; French Moroccan for Grandma. Jacob's menu creates a culinary trip around the Mediterranean using fresh ingredients and special spices still shipped directly from his mother, who still lives in Israel.
