The story

El Fish is a Mexican-inspired seafood restaurant in Lincoln Square, created by Chef Julian Medina and restaurateur Louis Skibar. The chef drew menu ideas from a trip to Ensenada, visiting its fish and farmers' markets to shape new and traditional regional dishes. The space has a 60-seat dining area with an oyster bar and a 15-seat cocktail bar, decorated with blue and pale green tones, a mahogany vintage bar and sea-inspired tiles.
