AboutKushi Kushi Yaki roughly translated means grilled skewers, so delicious and fun we named it twice. Our inspiration comes from notable back alley restaurants in Japanese cities like Tokyo, Fukuoka (also famous for Tonkosu ramen) and Osaka (also famous for kushi okonomiyaki) and the wonderfully colorful Yatais or street food shops that blend in with the energetic city life.
